Posted on: May 7, 2009
Following one heck of a ride on the upside from the March lows, it could be that a little profit-taking is in the works. Not only have the major averages made tremendous moves during the past 9 weeks, but a number of individual stocks have made parabolic moves.
Often times, those parabolic uptrends start to turn around with the arrival of a bearish engulfing bar. That’s a fancy term to describe what we saw quite a few of today. Will this mark a short-term turning point? It’s going to be interesting, that’s for sure.
So here in Episode 61, I’ll explain what the bearish engulfing bar is exactly, and I’ll point out several examples for you to take into consideration. Hope you find it helpful!
