TSBTV#56 - Insider Activity
Posted on: April 27, 2009
One thing I get asked about rather often is whether or not I monitor insider activity (the buying & selling of shares by corporate executives). So when I ran across this post today, I felt the need to clarify my personal stance on this subject.
To begin with, it’s extremely important to note that few things are exactly as they seem when you take a superficial look at the market, and I certainly think insider activity can be classified as “foggy” at best.
So here in Episode 56, I’ll explain why I feel the way I do and hopefully offer some food for thought for those of you who might be considering watching what Joe CEO is doing with his shares.
