We’ve seen persistent strength since the March lows were established, but in the past several days the action has been somewhat sloppy.

Short-term trading ranges have emerged, giving us a couple of gifts:

1. Key levels to watch for continuation
2. A warning that the price action is likely to be “noisy” until the ranges are broken
